Prior to discovering Crossfit, Jason had always been and adamant fitness fanatic by engaging in traditional weight lifting sessions and running for long distances. As the years went by Jason found himself unsatisfied with his results and felt he was becoming stagnant. In 2013, after hearing great things about the program Crossfit, Jason decided to try his first class. Jason fell in love with the program’s methodology and felt it made sense with the training he had already been doing. The fact of Crossfit’s overall goal being physical fitness that is broad, and can prepare you for the unpredictable, caused Jason to attain his CrossFit Level 1 Certification. Jason has devoted much of his time to the study of health in order to help people achieve their goals and reap all the health benefits of an active lifestyle. Jason truly believes that Crossfit affects much more than just physical health, but the confidence that builds with learning new movements and challenging yourself daily transfers over to your work and social life as well.
