Our CrossFit classes combine weightlifting (power lifting, Olympic lifting, and strong man), gymnastics, and cyclical movements (running, rowing, and biking) to produce elite results. The classes are designed to increase your work capacity and improve health. Classes are led by a coach and involve technique and practice of movements, intense workouts to produce results, and mobility work to improve range of motion.
CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. Kids ages 6-12.
CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. Teens ages 13-18.
Our CrossFit Bootcamp is designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness faster. Bootcamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes. Instead we focus on athletic drills, running and rowing, plyometrics, kettlebells, functional movements and more. And of course, we always scale your individual workout to your needs for a perfect fit.
Combining the best of both practices! This practice is great cross training for those who want to integrate a focus on core strengthening into their yoga practice. The focus of this practice is on opening the hips and lower back in order to have better access to the deep core muscles.
Silver Sneakers is a total body conditioning class that offers exercises for the upper and lower body designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement for daily living. Resistance tools and a chair for support are used to increase functional skills and abilities needed for independent living.
